I think Keto Chow tastes pretty awesome all alone, but sometimes it’s great to upgrade the flavor or just give some variety. Here are some of our favorite flavor hacks and recipes, you can find some other inspiration in this Reddit post.
We have a bunch of amazing recipes that use Keto Chow as an ingredient. Check it out!

Berries and a Blender
Pretty simple: drop a handful of berries into a blender with Keto Chow and make a pretty awesome shake. Great with Vanilla, in particular. Now, berries do have sugar in them (and quite a lot) but they also have a lot of flavor in a small amount. At most, you’ll only want to use a small amount of berries. If in doubt, weigh them with your scale and enter them into your tracking program BEFORE you run them through the blender to make sure it fits your macros.

Powdered Peanut Butter
Chocolate Peanut Butter began as me using PB2 powdered peanut butter in Rich Chocolate. You can grab a jar of Powdered Peanut Butter at your local grocery store (they have giant ones at Costco, FYI) or Amazon. It’s excellent in Rich Chocolate (though I think it tastes weird in Chocolate Fudge). And quite good in most of the other flavors too, especially Vanilla.

Flavored Syrup
One of the easier flavor hacks is using Torani or DaVinci sugar free syrups. These are easy to grab from Amazon, many grocery stores and more. In particular, I like the plastic DaVinci bottles. My favorites are Raspberry and Caramel, and both also work exceptionally well on Keto Pancakes (along with heavy cream whipped with powdered swerve sweetener). I’ll often add strawberry syrup to Strawberry Keto Chow for extra effect. Note that these flavored syrups do have additional sweetener in them so if you think Keto Chow is sweet enough already you may want to try an unsweetened alternative.

Kool-Aid
Kool-Aid is powdered flavoring and color, the basic packets don’t have any additional sweetener and work amazingly well for adding additional flavor to Keto Chow without making it any sweeter. Check out this Reddit post for additional inspiration. These can be found on Amazon or pretty much any grocery store. If you try this, you may want to start by using half a pouch in 3 meals worth, see how it goes.

LorAnn Oils
These flavored oils are designed for making candy but they also work well for adding additional flavor to Keto Chow. So far as I can tell, they have 0 carbs and also do not have any sweetener. I’ve only ever found them online on Amazon or the LorAnn oils website.

Gelatin/Jell-o
This one comes from a post to the /r/ketochow sub-reddit. You can mix-in flavored sugar free jello or go with unflavored gelatin.

Coffee
If you like coffee, you can join the many people who mix it into their Keto Chow. Some do it as a replacement for the water component. Pretty much your imagination is the limit on this one.

Pumpkin Spice
Regular Snickerdoodle Keto Chow with 30g of pumpkin puree and some spices (I’d just use the “pumpkin spice” blend but I’m lazy like that).

Frosty/Milkshake
Keto Chow tastes like a milkshake anyway, if you use a blender to make it and replace some/most of the water you would have used with ice you will end up with a fantastic frozen beverage. It may still taste “vitamin-y” for 30 minutes as the various crystals dissolve, store it in the freezer or an insulated flask like a HydroFlask and then enjoy!
